Zone transfer problem

The primary server is able to load the zone file, and it allows zone
transfers.

There's no error message in the primary server's log file.

makes itself non-authoritative and doesn't allow zone transfers.

So read the error messages in the primary server's log file and correct 
the problems it's reporting.
