localhost named[3700]: dispatch 0x82cf348: shutting down due to TCP

The complete error in my syslog is:

localhost named[3700]: dispatch 0x82cf348: shutting down due to TCP receive
error: <unknown address, family 48830>: connection reset

What does this mean and how can it be corrected?  This is not a mailserver,
just a home system with one user. This just started today, it doesn't seem
to happen all the time either.
