	Yes.

	usnlbc.us.publicus.com is not a IPv4 address (dotted quad),
	it is a domain name.

	You want:

		IN A 209.225.11.186

	Note as you are inheriting the owner name from other records you
	can't use a CNAME here as it would violate RFC 1034.
