BIND 3.0.2?  The current version of BIND is 9.x, BIND 8.x came out about 
a decade ago, and 4.x had been in use for many years before that.  If 
BIND 3.x was ever released to the public, it was before DHCP was even a 
glint in the developer's eye.

So what are you talking about?
