It's a wizard that makes educated guesses, asks you all the
appropriate questions, and will generate the exact line you
need to add to your zone file.

Here is an example record.
hostsouth.com. IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:207.65.91.0/24 a mx
a:ns2.hostsouth.com ~all"

This says that all hostsouth.com email should come from
207.65.91.0/24 or the mx record, or ns2.hostsouth.com.
