dns records given as dynamic

Hi,

Is there any possibility of giving dns records based
on the availability of the server? 

For Ex, A record of abc.com is 192.168.10.1 . If
192.168.10.1 is not reachable, then the dns should
give the backup ip address as 192.168.10.2.

Is it possible? If so , how to do it?
