primary DNS and registrar's ns

OK but my registrar resolves fine to my IP, so is it a problem for the
global network if my BIND is configured as a primary DNS and my
registrar's too, for the same domain? The rest of the world will only
see my registrar's.
It is not really a domain name but a sub-domain (denisg.fr.to), and my
registrar don't let me be primary DNS for it.
