High loading of bind

Any body know the max number of query of bind 8.37 with 2GMemory, 2CPU, a lot of disk,  SunOS  5.8 Generic_108528-26 sun4u sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-V210, Network speed is 100M, full duplex

350 query per second

now use about

Why are you not running Bind 9 ?
There is something very wrong.
I use the same boxe's but these box go over 8000 query's a second without 
any pain.
Please remember that an bind 8 server will not answer duriing zone reload's.
But that you see in the logfile.
