Error while transferring primary to slave

I have this error message: "transfer of '122.96.**.in-addr.arpa/IN'
from **.96.120.1#53: failed while receiving responses: end of file"
when trying to transfer a primary master zone to my slave BIND server.

Details: Windows 2000 Server/SP4 with Zonealarm installed by not loaded
(service disabled).

I tried the stable version of bind (9.3.2, 9.3.3) and the alpha 9.4.

I'm confused, as I have other windows 2k installation that work
perfectly.
