13 is actually the last byte of the IP address

0, or actually 0/25.168.152.12.in-addr.arpa. should be read as the 
reverse DNS of 12.152.168.0/25 (a subnet mask of 255.255.255.128 if I'm 
not mistaken).

AFAIK, they use that format so they can delegate 
0/25.168.152.12.in-addr.arpa. to another DNS server which will answer 
these queries...

BTW, your email address is invalid...
