Nslookup Times Out on A Lookup To Well-Known Hosts

I'd rather see the output of "dig +trace" being done on the DNS server 
itself.

There's apparently a communication problem between your caching server 
and the cox.net servers, and this will demonstrate it.  Although it 
won't actually tell us what's causing this.
