Resolving domain

	Because it depends on the query order.  Sometimes the server
	will see the glue record and sometimes it will already have
	the NS records for the zone and see the NXDOMAIN response.

	This sort of problem would be reduced if registries /
	registrars validated glue initially and periodically
	revalidated glue.  Similarly with NS RRset.  At the moment
	most registries / registrars do no checking which leads to
	broken delegations.
