cache cleaner could not create iterator: out of memory

Hi,
We are facing some problem with our DNS server and found the following error
message in our syslog.log:

Feb 21 01:00:45 dtcmdns1 named[7960]: cache cleaner could not create
iterator: out of memory
Feb 21 01:00:45 dtcmdns1 named[7960]: cache.c:610: unexpected error:
Feb 21 01:00:45 dtcmdns1 named[7960]: cache cleaner: dns_dbiterator_first()
failed: out of memory

Our BIND version 9.3.1 running on HP-UX 11.00

Could anyone shed some lights on this.
