Testing the DNS server

Im having a DNS Server with ISC BIND 9.0 package installed on the LINUX
machine.

I want to perform the testing of the DNS server, can anyone help me out
that 1. How can I test the DHCP Server?

2. What all test cases I should do to check the performance of DNS
Server?

3. What all tools will be required to perform the testing?

4. How much time it will take to perform all the test cases?
