Notifies are too slow in bind 9.4.1

I presume you mean the serial-query-rate option?

Apologies for being pedantic, but many people cut and past from these
mailing lists.

I never knew that notifies used this value as well, although I suppose it's
logical. Very useful to know. Perhaps it should warrant a slight adjustment
in the ARM description.
