DLZ data caching -- Please tell me there is *SOME* caching for the db drivers

Over at PowerDNS we find that performance is abysmal without several kinds
of caches in front of the database. Even a low TTL cache helps a lot
already.

Especially since 1 DNS query might well lead to more than 1 SQL query..
