Name Resolve

Hello List,
I am trying to resolve a www record and it fails on my BIND 9.3.4, however 
is successfully resolves the name with the +trace
here is the output, please tell me if you will need more information

i have tried to flush the dns cache and i end up with the same result,
I have another DNS server BIND 9.3.2
and it is resolving just fine

please advice
