UDP port 1086

Hi *.*,

could anyone tell me what part of BIND does listen on UDP 0.0.0.0:1086
(the usual :53 ports and localhost:953 were open too)?

I stumbled over this on a out-of-the-box Ubuntu 6.10 server (v9.3.2).

Just grepped through the sources and A.R.M., w/o meaningful occu-
rences of "1086" (Ok, actually it was the 9.4.0 stuff, didn't want to
download the older files)
