Loc records for entire network

Is there an easy way to setup a loc record for an entire class C? Such as an 
office or a small isp?

I can and have setup the loc on the bare domain (and www as its cnamed) but 
the individual hosts listed in the zone don't report that loc. I can but 
don't want to have to list a loc for each host if I can help it.
