Bad idea. It will not be faster (except may be at the very first
request, before the result will be cached) and it will be more
complicated to setup (basically, each of these 32 servers would be
configured as a slave of your server).

Often, engineering is not doing things, it's recognizing when it's
better NOT to do them.

On what basis (experiments, reasonings) do these people think it will
be faster with replication on their servers?
