resolve external and internal Domains.

	"Name error" is not a error in resolving.  It is a definitative
	answer.

	All nameservers listed in /etc/resolv.conf should be capable
	of resolving *all* queries asked of them.

	Normally this is done by adding the internal zones to a caching
	server configuration.
