It is benign: it's complaining about the underlines in the names of the
authoritative nameservers for that zone.

You probably didn't override the default of "check-names response ignore",
so I suspect that you have fallen foul of

1749.   [bug]           'check-names response ignore;' failed to ignore.
                        [RT #12866]

Fixed in all versions later than 9.3.0.
