Sorry if I caused confusion. I'm going to be the "Delegator" and didn't
know how to do that with Bind.

ARIN is asking what two name servers will be used to provide Reverse IP
lookups for the addresses they are going to assign me. I have two
servers, but wasn't sure if I could host the if my name
servers didn't have IP addresses in the block of addresses that ARIN

Is there a How-to for hosting reverse lookup?

The reverse is just a lookup - it doesn't actually connect through. So
long as they've delegated to that server and it provides the right
answers there should be no problem. You have to have whoever assigned
you the IP range do a delegation of the reverse lookups to your DNS
servers - this is separate from the DNS server configurations you do at
the registrar which is for the forward lookups.

Of course you really should have at least two DNS servers for forward
and reverse lookups for redundancy.

Can a DNS servers provide reverse-mapping ( for a block of
IP addresses if those DNS server don't have an IP address in that block?

I'm asking because ARIN requires two name servers whenever you receive a
block of addresses from them.

How do you delegate reverse lookup to other name servers from the name
servers you informed ARIN of?
