Bind 9.4.1-P1 allowing ddns running on Linux and Microsoft dhcp server trying to update bind server

Yes, this is a known behavior. The user has to go to extra lengths to  
get his lease-related DNS records removed. Therefore, it doesn't happen.

However, when that address is given out for a new lease, the DHCP  
server should be removing the stale record.
