Can't resolve occ.com.mx

I implemented views, and in the internal view I configure the recursion
allowed, do you try to do a recursive query with my dns and does it resolve
it?. It shouldn't. Please let me know

Warning, 200.10.243.45 is an Open Recursive nameserver which is quite
dangerous.
