9.5.0-P2 Windows 2000 Server

I recently upgraded to the newest version of bind so that I could patch my
system.  Since I have upgraded the named service dies about every 9 hours?
There is nothing in the eventviewer giving any indication of why, unless I
need to add something to the logging channel?  The previous version never
gave me any issues?
