bind 9.3.5-P2 init.d script

I am jumping in this towards the end, so forgive me if these questions 
have already been answered.

Is the version you "removed" above really 9.4.2?  Or was it perhaps 9.2.4?

How did you remove the above package?

When you compiled 9.3.5-P2 did it perhaps put the new binaries in 
/usr/local/sbin?
