lots of AAAA query, why?

According to Mark's mention, that's matter to rely on OS. So if you 
using FreeBSD, rebuild kernel after remove inet6 entry. Or just go to 
freebsd.org's stable list (stable at freebsd.org), then ask again about this ..

Well, i also recommend that you use IPv6 ;;
