BIND DLZ

Hi.
I was just browsing around thinking about Dynamic Zones with BIND and
stumbled upon the BIND DLZ project which seams to have died a long time ago.
Is there any initiative to bring this functionality into BIND?

I would see it very useful when updating several slaves for instance,
currently I've 13 slaves running and it's somewhat of a pain to touch
everyone at the same time, surely I could push out a config with a script
but it would be interesting to see a more dynamic view of the whole thing,
especially without having to restart the service.
