I won't suggest that this is an absolute. But given the small amount of info you
provide, I'll venture a guess, and suggest you check your "listen-on" stanza, and
ensure /your/ IP address is listed in it. Further, insure you don't have any rules
in place that could conceivably block legitimate traffic.
