Problems with upgrade to 9.5.1b1

Another person replied to me privately rather than to the list and 
pointed out that I needed to use the allow-query-cache which was new in 
9.4.  I was upgrading from 9.3.4 to 9.5.1b1 and once I added it to 
named.conf, it started working correctly.
