You might want to try the source rpm from
<http://people.redhat.com/atkac/bind/>. That builds here under
{RH,Centos}{4,5}

rpmbuild --rebuild bind-9.5.1-0.1.b1.fc10.src.rpm
xx=/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/
rpm -Fvh $xx/bind*rpm
