Closest equivalent to "ipconfig /flushdns" would probably be restarting 
nscd, see

The "-i" option to nscd supposedly _invalidates_ a cache. Maybe that's 
all you need to simulate a "flush".

I'm not aware of any way to display the contents of nscd's cache, 
though. Check the manual page for nscd.
