Manage DNS entries

If you're looking for a GUI (or web GUI) interface that takes care of  
all of the tedium, applying some sanity checking along the way, and  
allowing delegation or permissions to less-experienced staff, I  
suggest you look at the following:

- Men & Mice Suite
- Carnegie Mellon's Netreg

There are some other options as well, most of them commercial. CMU's  
solution has the benefit of being free.
