[Bind-dlz-testers] Bind with mysql backend

You could see if this patch (http://team.lea-linux.org/prae/dlz/) helps you out.

I believe you can use that patch to get the %client% token to work in all the DLZ queries.  Then you can build your own 'allow' logic into your DB and SQL query.  It's probably not the most efficient solution though, but it should work with DLZ.

After alot of googling searching i think i found my answer. Bind-DLZ does
not support zone statements like allow-query or allow-update-forwarding, etc
for specific zones. If i am wrong please correct me.
