first it (the primary) is not trying to send information to the .81,  
but it is the client (secondary) who is trying to do a zone trasfer  
using locally the .81 address. Please looks at  transfer-source (and  
notify-source for primaries where applicable) inside doc/arm/ in your  
copy of the bind source (in particular the file Bv9ARM.ch06.html).
