BIND on IPv6 interface

The default for "listen-on" is { any; }. That's why it's listening on  
your IPv4 interfaces. To disable this, use:

listen-on { none; };

To get it to listen on just a single IPv6 interface, have you tried  
omitting the subnet mask? For example:

listen-on-v6 { ::1; };
