tsig on bind8.3

    I like to know if there are any known problems with implementing 
tsig for securing zone transfer
on bind 8.3, or if bind8 (8.3) is capable of doing tsig.

We have a  primary server that is bind8.3 and the secondary which is 9.5p1
we like to set the master (bind 8.3) to use tsig with the secondary
is that possible?
