Core dump parsing ACL using key with BIND 9.5.x

Definitely a bug, and I thought I'd fixed it in 9.5.1b2 (change #2393).
What platform and OS are you running?  Does named dump core too, or only
named-checkconf?  (Maybe I fixed it in one and forgot the other.)
