Problem Installing Bind 9.4.2 on Windows with mysql backend

Dear communitiy of ISC BIND.
I need your help at Installing Bind 9.4.2 on Windows with mysql backend. 
If I'm not wrong Bind 9.4.2 supports mysql backend by default. Could you 
please send me any reference on installing it with MySQL backend.  I 
would really appreciate it.
