BIND 9.4.2-P2-W1 stops responding

An another 'me too', except for it being 9.5.0.p2-w1

This on a brand new windows 2003 sp2 install, 4 nics. 

Something that I'm not clear on - does the latest beta incorporate the
w1 changes?
