It's a question of what was available to us for testing at the time.  So
while theoretically it should work with other PKCS#11 devices and OS
versions, at the moment interoperability is only confirmed/supported
using the Solaris device.

If you happen to be in a position to experiment could you share the
outcome with bind-users?
