Multiple SOA

The SOA record has nothing to do with zone transfers.  Slaves pull zone 
transfers from the server IPs in the "master" clause in their 
named.conf.  You can list multiple masters there, and the slaves will 
pull from any master that has a higher serial number than the one they 
have.
