Most likely a remote authoritative server closed a TCP connection for
a TCP query (probably after fall-back from UDP due to truncation) in a
non-graceful manner.  It's not an expected event, but is not a bad
thing per se.

The latter.  It's the memory address of an internal data structure
typed dns_dispatch_t.
