Are the TYPE65535 RRs necessary?

Oh, I should add:  We recently found out that 65535 is reserved by IANA, so
we changed it in 9.6.1b1 to 65534.  So if you were grepping for the old
value, you might've missed it.  (The type number can be overridden by the
sig-signing-type zone option.)
