zonechecks test failing on 9.[456]

The test was written assuming we would make these errors fatal (they
are currently warning).  The result status is currently ignored.
The UPDATE code would also need to re-run these checks after every
update and reject those which would prevent the zone loading which
it currently doesn't do.
