force to flush from jnl to zone files

"rndc freeze <zone>" will do that.  Run "rndc thaw" afterward to
re-enable DDNS.

Rather coincidentally, yesterday afternoon I wrote the code for an "rndc
sync" command that would dump the zone without freezing updates.  That'll
be in BIND 9.9.
