It's some sort of corruption in the task management system; I've never seen
it happen before.  Do you have a coredump?  Can you get a stack backtrace
from it?

You can report this to bind9-bugs at isc.org.  Please include the the OS
you're running on, the output of "named -V", as as much detail as possible
about how named is configured.
