This is just a diagnotic about a hash table being resized.  At the
moment we stall other activity while this happens as the table is
accessed by multiple threads.  This stall may or may not become
externally noticable and if it does we need to look at doing a more
complicated strategy to grow the hash table.  However we need the
log messages to correlate events.
