Listen-On and Ipv6

If no listen-on-v6 statement is specified, named will not listen on IPv6
interfaces.  If it receives a type-AAAA query over IPv4, though, it will
answer it.

(I don't recommend using it, but in the interest of completeness, I will
mention that there's a compile-time option that can be turned on that
makes it possible to alter this behavior: configure --enable-filter-aaaa).
